Refund Policy

At BLF Infratech, we are committed to maintaining transparency and protecting the interests of our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances and procedures under which refunds may be processed.

1. Booking Cancellation

  • In case of voluntary cancellation of a booking by the buyer, a cancellation fee may be applicable as per the terms of the booking form/allotment letter.
  • Any statutory taxes, administrative charges, or non-refundable fees already paid shall be deducted before processing the refund.

2. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

  • For online payments made via our website or payment gateway, any failed or duplicate transactions will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • If the refund is not received, you may contact our support team with transaction details.

3. Refund Timeline

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation confirmation or determination of refund eligibility.
  • Refunds shall be made only to the original source of payment (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).

4. Non-Refundable Charges

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Stamp duty, registration fees, and legal/documentation charges.
  • GST and other government levies already deposited.
  • Processing fees, brokerage (if any), and other administrative costs.

5. Project Cancellation or Delay by Developer

  • In the rare event of project cancellation or significant delay attributable to us, buyers shall be eligible for a full refund, including booking amounts, as per applicable laws and RERA guidelines.
  • Interest may be applicable on delayed refunds, subject to terms of the allotment agreement and legal provisions.

6. How to Apply for a Refund

To initiate a refund or cancellation request, please:

  • Email us at customercare@blfdevelopers.com or visit our office with:
  • Original payment receipt / transaction ID
  • Copy of booking/allotment letter
  • Bank details for refund (if applicable)

Allow up to 3–5 working days for acknowledgment and 30 days for final resolution.
